seanergy 2017 staff

Energy Skills Partnership (ESP) have been working with partners from France (Normandy) and Knarvik Vidaregåande Skule, Norway to work with companies to develop three new Wind and Marine Renewables modules that will be offered to colleges and organisations as CPD courses as part of an Erasmus+ project.

On 22-23 March 2017 ESP staff members and representatives from Fife College and City of Glasgow College visited the Seanergy event at Le Havre in France to exhibit the work of the 3 year Winds and Tides project.  The event proved to be a real success with both partners and students involved discussing the project with guests and companies attending.

The event provided a platform for the project to disseminate the Winds and Tides Guidebook developed earlier in the year to highlight careers in the marine renewables energy sector, the event also showcased modules developed and student mobilities run as part of the project, highlighting the success of the project.
